Suburban Studios of Wilmington

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was basic but everything worked properly. The neighbors were a bit loud but some of them may live there. I think they are just having fun and enjoying their time. I recommend staying on the non-smoking side if you have family ot want it to be a bit more quiet. The room smells better on non/ smoking; as expected. Over all, my experience was nice, it’s close to the beach, it’s simple, and again; the staff was very nice to me and my family. My kids were with me. They enjoyed their stay too. They loved the pool. It’s small but good enough for them and the other tenants were friendly.

That it was very convenient for eazy access to all of the attractions which was awesome I'll stay again if I have another vacation to take

I really appreciated the kitchen facilities including full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, coffee maker, and dishes. Made simple meal prep and storage of my service dog's fresh food easy. Super friendly staff made me feel at ease.
